Integrating Concentrated Optics for Ambient Perovskite Solar Cells

Metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are considered an effectual way to enhance photovoltaic (PV) properties, leading low-cost and high efficiency. PSCs have experienced rapid improvement in the last ten years. The device’s energy production increases extensively presence of concentrated light. use optics has spurred PV industry towards tremendous research. Incorporating optic into system as a (CPV) means it can capture light effectively operate at increased efficiencies under irradiance. This work addresses initial assessment power conversion efficiency (PCE) enhancement ambient by externally integrating optics. Significantly, exhibit ~90% PCE irradiance 400 W/m2, whereas 16% increase was observed when changed 1000 W/m2. During integration, considerable elevation short-circuit current predominately facilitated overall PSC. A systematic parameters effect on integration further scrutinized. Therefore, this signifies possible alleviate carbon-based PSC using focuses CPVs PSCs, preventing stability scalability issues, with conditioning techniques.
